Geraniums and Petunias
Geraniums
The perfect and easy addition to any garden or container. Featuring vibrant red, pink and white colour options, these are known to be resistant to pests such as deer and rabbits.
Water
Geraniums need to be wet but not soggy. Do not let the roots sit in water. Water until water starts to run out from the bottom of pot/container.
Light
Place in a location that gets 4-6 hours of sunlight a day for maximum bloom.
Fertilize
You may fertilize every 2 or 3 weeks. Use a Flower and Veggie 10-15-19 fertilizer.
Maintain/Soil
Geraniums prefer well draining soil. To maintain and promote growth, be sure to pinch off any flowers that are finished blooming.
Temperature
Ideal temperatures for the geranium is 10° to 15°C. Keep indoors if it will freeze over night.
Petunias
A very popular cascading Wave petunia is a favourite when creating your own basket or conatiner. They come in 2 beautiful eye-catching colours of Purple and White.
Water
When top of the soil is slightly dry to the touch, water well until it runs out the bottom of the basket or container.
Light
Place in a location with at least 5 hours of direct sunlight per day. Morning sun is OK.
Fertilize
Fertilize with a balanced fertilizer such as such as our Flower and Veggie 10-15-19 fertilizer.

Petunias prefer well draining soil. To maintain and promote growth, be sure to pinch off any flowers that are finished blooming.
Temperature
Place outside when temperatures reach about 10° to 15°.
